01 Introduction

Welcome to macan123. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and macan123 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of all services, products, software, and content accessible via the macan123 website at https://macan123.cam and any associated applications or platforms.

02 Definitions

03 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on macan123, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. Macan123 does not permit access by persons under 21 years of age under any circumstances.
2. You must be a natural person and not a corporate entity, trust, partnership, or automated system.
3. You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
4. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
5. You must not be a current employee, contractor, or agent of macan123, nor an immediate family member of such a person, for the purposes of wagering on the platform.
6. You must not have been previously self-excluded from the macan123 platform or had your account closed due to a breach of these Terms.
7. You must hold a valid Malaysian bank account or registered Malaysian e-wallet compatible with the platform's supported payment methods (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, or approved cryptocurrency wallets).

04 Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the macan123 platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — regardless of the device, payment method, email address, or IP address used — constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal from your account, macan123 requires all Players to complete a KYC verification process. The documents required are as follows:

• Identity document: A valid Malaysian MyKad, Driver's Licence, or Passport — clear and fully legible, showing all four corners.
• Proof of address: A utility bill (TNB, Air Selangor/Syabas, Unifi, Maxis), bank statement, or official government letter issued within the last three months, displaying your full name and Malaysian residential address.
• Selfie with ID: A photograph of you holding your identity document next to your face, with both your face and the document details clearly visible.

KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission. Macan123 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of account registration may result in restrictions being placed on the account.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — including wagers, deposits, and withdrawals — will be attributed to you and you accept full liability for all such activity, unless you have notified macan123 of unauthorised access in writing without delay.

05 Terms of Use

By accessing and using the macan123 platform, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree that you will not:

• Use the platform for any commercial purpose, including acting as an agent or intermediary for third parties;
• Use automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the platform in a manner not expressly permitted;

• Engage in any activity that interferes with the normal operation of the platform or the experience of other users.

06 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

All deposits to a macan123 account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Macan123 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Supported deposit methods include: DuitNow QR, FPX online banking, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and approved cryptocurrency wallets (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT via TRC20 and ERC20 networks).

Deposits are generally credited to your account balance immediately upon successful processing. In the event of a technical failure during a deposit transaction, you must contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number within 48 hours.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being completed and in good standing on your account. Verified accounts may expect withdrawal processing within 15–30 minutes of request submission during normal operating hours. Macan123 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on any withdrawal request prior to processing.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds apply. The minimum withdrawal is RM50 per transaction. Withdrawal limits for unverified accounts or accounts flagged for review may be lower. Macan123 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

6.3 Currency

All player balances, wagers, and payouts on macan123 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Players depositing via cryptocurrency will have their deposit automatically converted to MYR at the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction. No conversion fees are charged by macan123, though your payment provider's own rates and fees may apply.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

Macan123 offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, and other periodic promotions. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Each welcome bonus offer is available to a new player once only. Duplicate accounts created to claim additional welcome bonuses will be closed.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the applicable promotion terms. The wagering requirement must be completed within the stated validity period, failing which the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable. Only real-money winnings generated from wagering bonus funds (after the wagering requirement is satisfied) may be withdrawn, subject to the withdrawal limits applicable to the promotion.
• Macan123 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Any bonus credited to your account in error will be removed without prior notice.

• Players who are found to have engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage betting, or coordinated wagering patterns across multiple accounts — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts closed.

08 Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the macan123 platform are final once confirmed by the system. You accept sole responsibility for the accuracy of any bet you place. Macan123 will not reverse a confirmed wager on the grounds that it was placed in error, unless the wager was placed on an event that is subsequently found to have been affected by a system error or integrity issue.

8.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on macan123 cover Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League, UEFA competitions, La Liga, Bundesliga, UFC, and a range of other international sports. Specific rules apply to each sport and market type and are available within the platform's sportsbook section. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a sports betting market, macan123's decision will be final.

8.3 Casino Games

All casino games available on the macan123 platform utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by licensed third-party game providers. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are displayed for all slot titles within the platform. Macan123 does not alter RTP settings from those configured by the game provider. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the round will be resolved based on the game's internal server state.

8.4 Errors and System Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or software bug that results in an incorrect payout, incorrect odds being displayed, or a wager being accepted in error, macan123 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the staked amount to the Player's balance. Macan123 is not liable for any consequential loss arising from such an event.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the macan123 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder proceeds of crime or to conduct financial transactions that facilitate money laundering or terrorist financing;
• Fraud: Using stolen payment details, chargebacks, or any other fraudulent means to fund or operate a macan123 account;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Multi-Accounting: Operating more than one account, whether under the same identity or a false identity, for any purpose;
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through systematic low-risk strategies, duplicate accounts, or coordinated wagering;
• Underage Gambling: Allowing a person under 21 years of age to access or use a macan123 account;
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to access, modify, or interfere with the platform's systems, databases, or source code.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the macan123 platform — including but not limited to the Macan123 name and logo, website design and layout, graphics, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and text — is the property of macan123 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the express prior written consent of macan123.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, macan123 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors will not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including any loss of profits, winnings, or data;
• Loss or damage arising from platform unavailability, service interruptions, or technical failures beyond macan123's reasonable control;
• Any third-party content, links, or services referenced on or accessed through the platform;
• Any gambling losses incurred through use of the platform, which are the sole responsibility of the Player.

Macan123's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms will not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data

15 Termination & Account Closure

15.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your macan123 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (subject to any applicable withdrawal minimums) will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no active disputes, pending withdrawals, or bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding.

15.2 Termination by Macan123

Macan123 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• Macan123 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity on your account;
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements necessitate account closure;
• You have provided false information during registration or KYC;
• Macan123 ceases to provide its services in your jurisdiction.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, macan123 reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account, including deposited funds, in accordance with applicable law.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and macan123, you agree to first contact macan123's customer support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution before pursuing any formal proceedings.

Macan123 aims to resolve all player disputes within 14 business days of receipt of a formal written complaint. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within that period, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
